A mailing list organized by the Health Sciences Academic Services & Facilities (HSASF's Instructional Support Office, meant to provide information to Health Science Event Schedulers on scheduling and reservation timelines, updates to IS Office policies, news on spaces scheduled by the IS office, and other information. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Hs_events Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
Using Hs_events
To post a message to all the list members, send email to hs_events@u.washington.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Hs_events
Subscribe to Hs_events by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. UW community: If you have a computer account at the University of Washington, and you intend to subscribe to this list, change something about the subscription you already have, or access private list archives, please log in first. Once you have logged in, this page will automatically fill in your email address. For persons outside the UW If you do not have a UW NetID and want to subscribe, enter your email address and name (optional) below. A password will be assigned to you and sent to your email address.
