[WYC Announce] General Meeting February 6th

 Hello sailors,

A reminder that we'll be holding a general meeting on Monday, February 6th
at 7pm.

Tentative Agenda:

   - Wetsuit order
   - 2023 Budget Approval (attached below to review)
   - Policy Amendment Proposal
   - General sailing rules (open sailing, guests, etc.)

We will also approve the 2022-12-08 meeting minutes (attached) where we
held officer elections and voted to adopt updated By-laws and Policies.

Position Holders and Fleet Captains: Please try to send us any updates,
questions, or needs that you have in advance if possible to streamline
reports.
