[Tweeters] AOS CLC supplement

HI ALL:
  The 2024 AOS CLC's supplement has been published and say hello to 
Scopoli's Shearwater, Sargasso Shearwater, Cocos Booby, Western 
Cattle-Egret, America Barn Owl, Northern House Wren, Siberian Pipit, and 
say goodbye to Hoary (and Lesser) Redpolls. The Herring Gulls weren't 
split this year but might be voted upon again next year.
