Sadly, I cannot answer the question, Do eagles have dreams when they sleep? 

On the other hand, they obviously have aspirations like mating, nesting, feeding their offspring, and defending their territories. These seem pretty similar to our dreams of having a home, a family, and a career. This is the sense in which I feel comfortable in suggesting that eagles have dreams. 

This post also reinforced for me the that eagles have individual personalities, similar to humans. I hope you find the post interesting.
