[Tweeters] Question on Flycatcher Photo

There were several Great Crested Flycatchers singing, from what I could
tell.  This is the only bird I got good looks at, but the bill isn't quite
right.  I'm wondering if its just going into adulthood.
  Otherwise, I don't know what this bugger is...
