[SZ4D] Cascadia subduction zone database compilation

The USGS has just released a compilation of geologic, paleoseismic,
geophysical, and instrumental datasets along the Cascadia subduction zone.
The ArcGIS online map and downloadable map packages include both raster
images and shapefiles. The Story Map
<https://geonarrative.usgs.gov/cascadia_database_storymap/> outlines the
features and datasets compiled. Detailed information about data sources and
attributes represented are available in the metadata file. Many of the
shapefiles contain links to immediately downloadable data. (see bottom of
the story map for the map-based data server).
