Hello!

Students Explore Aquatic Sciences (SEAS) is excited to announce our annual spring Aquatic Sciences Open House<https://fish.uw.edu/alumni-community/students-explore-aquatic-sciences-seas/uw-aquatic-science-open-house/> will be held on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 from 10am - 4pm.

The Open House is open to the public and offers a free and family-friendly day of hands-on learning to celebrate science and research that relates to water. Visitors can tour a research vessel and experience real working science labs here at the university. We’ll have hands-on activities led by current UW students, staff, postdocs, and faculty across the College of the Environment and by organizations from the greater Seattle area (e.g., foundry10<https://www.foundry10.org/>).

Visit last year’s website<https://fish.uw.edu/2023/06/bringing-science-to-life-at-the-uw-aquatic-sciences-open-house/> to get a sense of how the 2023 event turned out and the Fox13 news coverage we picked up!
