We are advertising an awesome study abroad opportunity with UW Grand
Challenges Impact Lab that may be of interest to you and the students you

Grand challenges are the big problems facing humanity—things like food
security, clean water, and climate change. The Grand Challenges Impact Lab
(GCIL) is an innovative UW program that empowers students to address grand
challenges in Bangalore, India and in our backyard in Seattle, Washington.

*GCIL is an excellent way to gain in-the-field experience via a hands-on,
project based, learning laboratory.*

This Winter 2025 study abroad is open to undergraduate juniors and seniors
as well as graduate students in any discipline.  *Applications due
mid-Spring Quarter 2024 (approx. May 15) *

The program cost is approximately $6,500. For many UW students, this is less
