Hi ACMS students!!

Just wanted to clarify that you should be able to attend the Allen School winter fair during the first 2.5 hours as well. Please register and take advantage of this opportunity. I am excited that we are able to partner with CSE in this way. Information for the Allen School In-Person Career Fair – January 29



The Allen School Winter 2026 fair is Thursday, January 29th, 11:30am-4:30pm in the HUB Ballroom (2nd floor). We are partnering with ACMS and the iSchool for this fair. The first 2.5 hours are limited to Allen School, ACMS and iSchool students only. Name tag pick-up:

Allen School branded name tags are available for pick up at the Gates Center front desk – beginning on January 15th, name tags may be picked up between 9:00am-11:30am and 3:00pm-5:00pm. Be sure to bring your Husky Card to pick up your name tag. Allen School students who have their name tag with them will be able to enter the fair via the “Allen School” line. Those who do not have a name tag will have to stand in the general line.

For the fair - what to bring:

Be sure to bring your Husky Card and the name tag for the fair! Students and postdocs must bring their Husky Card to be admitted to the event. This is required. Come to the pre-function area outside of the north ballroom for access to the fair (the end with the piano). We will ask you to swipe your husky card to gain access. We will have blank name badges for you to fill in and wear during the fair, if needed.



Bring copies of your resume. Suggested attire is business casual.



Timing/schedule:

The career fair will run from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students may queue up beginning at 11:00 a.m. outside the entrance of the north ballroom pre-function area in the HUB (on the second floor where the piano is located). There may potentially be long lines. Please be patient.



·        11:30 a.m.: Open to all Allen School students, ACMS  and iSchool only, unless otherwise noted.

·        2:00 p.m.: Open to UW students in related majors and all Allen School students.

Companies are registering. Be sure to check back regularly.
