[WYC Announce] General Meeting 1/7/26 at 5:30pm in SMI 115

Hi All!

Hope you're having a great winter break ❄️

I'd like to announce our beginning-of-quarter *general meeting*, held on
*Wed* *1/7 @5:30pm in SMI 115* and on zoom.

*The meeting agenda includes:*
1. Discussion of the 2026 budget (which will be sent ahead of time using
this mailing list when finished...)
2. Updates on dock renovations
3. Discussion of a recent boat donation offer of a New York 36
4. Boat disposal updates
5. Bylaw proposal to add Systems Administrator position to bylaws
6. Bylaw proposal to increase ability of chiefs to grant suspensions from 2
days to 2 weeks

Also, please see the attached meeting minutes from 12/6 including a new
outboard policy which was passed during that meeting as well as the
appointment of windsurf captain examiner chiefs (Dan. O and Dean. P).
