[WYC Announce] General Meeting Announcement

Hi everyone!

The WYC will be holding its first Spring quarter general meeting! The
meeting will be on April 9th, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at SIEG 232. Here are the
agendas:

Spring Elections
There was an error in the previous email that announced officer elections.
The following positions will be open for election in the meeting after this
one: 1 Commodore, 2 Vice Commodores. We will go over the roles of each
position and answer any questions that members may have. If you wish to run
for either position (in the general meeting after this one), please make
sure to let us know!

Bylaws
In the previous general meeting, a number of by-laws were introduced and
are pending approval by vote. These will be introduced and will be voted on
at the meeting. All UW students who are current members can vote.

Upcoming events
Finally, we will go over some of the events that will be held in Spring
quarter and open up the floor for any questions that members may have
regarding those events.

We look forward to seeing you all at the meeting. As always, let us know if
you have any questions or concerns, as well as additional items you wish to
discuss during the meeting.
