Attached to this email are the 01-08-2024 meeting minutes which need to be
approved. The 2024 budget and policy and by-law amendments for volunteer
stipend were approved at that meeting. There was a dock/ASUW Shellhouse
update as well.

Position holders and fleet captains, please reach out if there is anything
to discuss such as updates, questions, or any issues.
