[WYC Announce] 5/21-5/22 Snooze & Cruise Registration Update

Sorry for the slight delay, but Guest Registration is now open and will
close once we reach capacity.
Guests(anybody that is not a member) will not be allowed to access the
docks so we will arrange for an off campus pickup location for Saturday
morning. More details will be sent out to those who sign up
