<p class="MsoNormal">The Science and Technical Support Section at King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks is hiring 5 seasonal Short Term Temp positions to support our stream bug monitoring program. Please see the attached postings for deadlines
 (April 12 and 19) and application details. Note that these positions require availability into October which can conflict with active student schedules.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">These positions are good stepping stones for college-age young adults or recent graduates looking for field sampling experience and interested in stream ecology. The Environmental Specialist 1 position (only 1 of those) is a little higher
 level in responsibility and a leadership role. These positions support our long-term freshwater benthic macroinvertebrate monitoring program which we use to calculate the Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity (B-IBI). These data are a rich and valuable resource
