This position will work as a Capital Projects Supervisor- supervising several capital project managers and CAD/Survey engineers and will also be expected to manage a wide range of projects and programs within the work unit and the Capital Section. Projects include flood mitigation, detention and water quality facility repair or retrofit, feasibility projects, and regional stormwater facilities.

This position is in the Stormwater Capital Unit within the Water and Land Resources Division (WLRD) and will lead project teams of Engineers. Ecologists, and other specialists on capital project teams dedicated to the delivery of stormwater infrastructure projects that protect and improve water quality and stream habitat, improve drainage/reduce flooding, and support capital delivery of projects within Water and Land Resources Division. Team priorities are focused on delivering capital projects that improve aging infrastructure and support the County meeting NPDES regulatory requirements.
