Each position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and safety of Washington's aquatic lands. Please share with your networks and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. * Derelict Structure Program Lead: This position will lead and develop the Derelict Structure Removal Program to meet the requirements of the Derelict Structures Bill (SB 5433). This position supervises the Derelict Structure Restoration Manager and will work closely with them to permit, partner, contract and facilitate removal and restoration. This position will also work closely with the Puget Sound Partnership to facilitate credit generation and reimbursement under the Nearshore Conservation Credit Program. Closes 9/14. * Restoration Manager (Derelict Structures): This position will plan, organize, implement derelict structure removal projects outlined in the Derelict Structures Bill (SB 5433). This position will work closely with internal and external partners to permit, contract, and facilitate the development of a tire pile removal program with the long-term goal of removing over 800,000 tires from 14 sites throughout the Salish Sea.
