[UWcinema] May 9th: STS+Media Roundtable

Dear CMS Community,

I'm excited to share that Rin and I are organizing a cross-disciplinary
roundtable: "Politics of Representation: Conversations between STS and
Visual Humanities." We have amazing speakers lining up: Mal Ahern (CMS).
Jenna Grant (Anthropology), Aditya Ramesh (History), Daniela Rosner (HCDE),
Diana Flores Ruíz (CMS), and Bo Zhao (Geography), with Yomi Braester (CMS)
moderating.

This event will take place from 12:00–14:00 on May 9th at the HUB. This is
part of my Graduate Research Cluster, "Technology, Labor, and Gender," and
lunch boxes will be provided for our department. Stay tuned for more
