I guess I was using the new name for Constellation Park. I do not like the way it is now restricted so that you cannot park there any more! What a waste of money!</div>

Yes, we did have a pair of Harlequins there, loosely associating with a female Common Merganser. Also a flock of 30+ Brant was close in. There were several more about a mile south, across from the park with the Indian name and there is a porta potty. I had
my FOY pair of Harlequins on New Years Day at Saltwater SP.</div>
