The guides are excellent, birds are plentiful, the lodging very comfortable, and the food was quite good. I wish I had booked two weeks and had spent time at Canopy Tower. It’s the dry season now and I didn’t use my raincoat at all. Daytime temps got up to the mid 80’s and nighttime temps were in the upper 60’s to low 70’s. I wore capris and shorts and short sleeved shirts (all treated by Insect Shield with permitherin) and picaridin on exposed skin and got nary a bite.
