But over the last several days, a few gulls have been coming back, mostly closer in toward the boathouse than previously. And today (Sunday) at 11:30, there is a Franklin’s, once again. Not much in the way of shorebirds except Killdeer and what probably were Western Sandpipers. Lot and lots of American Coots. On Friday at about 1:30 there was a single Cackling Goose, with two Canadas at the edge of a raft of coots.
