<div>Guess this is what the doldrums are like regarding turkey vulture reports, that's why the two summer months together. Luckily, turkey vultures aren't threatened or endangered - they will start showing up in good numbers later this month and especially in September and October. Following is my report for Washington and British Columbia for June and July, 2022:</div>

<div><u>JUNE</u></div>
<div>01 -- One at Sauk Prairie</div>
<div>02 -- Two turkey vultures over Fobes Road in Snohomish.</div>
<div>04 -- Two between Monroe and Sultan over US 2 @ 10:40.</div>
<div>07 -- One near Oso Loop Road around 1100; 20 at Neah Bay.</div>
<div>12 -- 21 at the Little Quilcene River mouth.</div>
<div>18 -- Six at Mayo Lake, Cowichan Valley, B.C.</div>
<div>19 -- One over Beacon Hill around 1700.</div>
<div>21 -- Six turkey vultures between Elma and Montesano plus one just west of Raymond.</div>
<div>22 -- A kettle of 13 turkey vultures trying to get lift in the rain near the North Bend Safeway Parking lot around 1130.</div>
<div>24 -- One above Seaview, Pacific County; one over Hyw. 101 at bridge over North River south of Artic, Grays Harbor County; one at intersection of State Hyw.107/US 12 at Montesano; Four at Revelstoke Marsh, B.C.</div>
<div>28 -- Three at Malcolm Island, B.C.</div>
<div>29 -- Two along Centennial Trail north of Lake Stevens/Lake Cassidy/84th Avenue N.E.</div>

<div>04 -- One at Lake Stevens; 18 at West California Road, Mason County.</div>
<div>07 -- Turkey vultures flying around Burlington "every day and many times a day." </div>
<div>09 -- One at Deception Pass State Park.</div>
<div>11 -- One at Trafton Trailhead on Whitehorse Trail.</div>
<div>14 -- One gliding over Ebey Waterfront Trail/Marysville Sewage Ponds.</div>
<div>16 -- Four at White Chuck Overlook.</div>
<div>19 -- Three turkey vultures at Kamloops, B.C.</div>
<div>23 -- Seven at Snoqualmie Wildlife area, Stillwater Unit.</div>
<div>26 -- Five at Railroad Bridge Park, Clallam County.

<div>Thanks so much for the sightings. This time I had few so added some from e-bird which I don't get along with at all, it seems. I wanted some Oregon reports but no way would it let me change whatever . . . Again, thank you!!</div>
