<div>I spent some time at Grayland Beach yesterday. I was rewarded with great views of two male Snowy Plovers and numerous Semi-palmated Plovers. One of the Snowy and one Semi-Palmated Plovers were banded. Who does one give reports to. I have good pics of
the Semi-palmated's band. And some ok shots of the Snowy's bands.</div>
