<p class="MsoPlainText">Today (39degF- 45degF) was a long-johns, gloves, and bundled up day for all of us except the kilt-togged Jon A! No precip, but a total 0 UV-ray, cloudy sky. The nine of us at JBLM Eagles Pride GC enjoyed a lot of Spring song, with YELLOW-RUMPED
WARBLERS (16), PACIFIC WRENS (13), HUTTON’S VIREOS (4), and VARIED THRUSHES (18) letting us know Winter was close to being over, at least according to the calendar. Other highlights included 29 MOURNING DOVES (26 in one tree!), and FOY TREE SWALLOWS (3).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">The only mammals were 4 black-tailed deer. Misses included raptors, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, and Zonotrichia sparrows.<o:p></o:p></p>
