[Tweeters] Dates for Samish SEOW?

Refresh my faulty memory, please:  Are Short-Eared Owls at the Samish East
90 seasonal, or fairly constant during the year?

I was there briefly last week and had one cooperative owl, two harriers, a
Red-Tailed Hawk, a group of 20 or so swans in the corn field and around ten
Bald Eagles in trees in the distance, so a pretty good day.  I'd like to go
back with my adult child and a better camera.
