[Tweeters] Merlin Complaints Backfire ! Badly.

Do we need to care which approach is better?
Surely it is a simple matter of programming for Merlin to provide an option to indicate how to process this situation. With such an option, both the newbie and the expert can get what they want. 
Perhaps suggest that to the Merlin owners....
