[Tweeters] FOS American Wigeon

This morning, Sunday, August 24th I found a First-of-Season female American
Wigeon on Lake Lorene, Twin Lakes,  Federal Way. This is the earliest I
have ever seen. Normally the first wigeons appear about the middle of
September.
