I have documented CATE in ok numbers previous years on the buildings off
Commodore - 2022, 2023,  albeit not nesting there; chickless nomads from
the fragment colony... (2022 was the highest occupancy and they abandoned
the 15th of August) The roof seemed too sloped for nesting, unless laying
in the troughs! I have the exact numbers somewhere in my data sheets...

I have recorded some juvs with adults making contact calls over the last
two weeks in West Seattle. Flight path: Duwamish -> Beach drive over our
house in the evenings. It is unclear where they fledged from, but hoping
from the scant locals in West Seattle. It's great to hear the kids, at any
rate.
