[Tweeters] NSWO are back!

Northern Saw-whet Owls are starting to move through.  This next week with a new moon should see good numbers of them. Rocky Point, BC, the closest other banding station has banded over 200 since they opened in mid-September.  Looks to be a good year for saw-whets.
