I envy your Scrub Jays, I see them on average only once a year during post breeding dispersal.
I’m not sure how prices compare but I buy whole in shell peanuts at Bothell Feed.
WinCo sells 20lbs of black oil sunflower seeds for $22 which is up from the $18 I used to pay for them.
