[Tweeters] Upper Skagit Winter Wren

There is what I believe is a Winter Wren at Barnaby Slough today in the
Upper Skagit Valley. It was calling a lot but has been quieter recently. It
is along the entrance road on the left just before the road opens up and
the water becomes visible.
