[Tweeters] Spotted Owls status review in WA

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is accepting public comments on its status review for northern Spotted Owl management in Washington.  The owl is on track for extirpation from Washington if management does not change soon.  Management changes in the opposite direction can hasten their disappearance.  The public comment period is open through October 29, but I sent my note today so I wouldn't forget.
