[Tweeters] beloved old optics not working

1st better binos I could afford, many years old older than I can remember,
Swift 10x42 ultralite,
focusing loose.
Delegated to looking out the back window on the greenbelt, but mostly
unused since so difficult to focus.
Can't bring myself to part with them.
Suggestions?
