[Tweeters] Ridgefield Sandhill Crane success

Ridgefield NWR Refuge biologist Alex Chmielewski reports that Sandhill
Cranes have a colt again this year, now the third consecutive year of a
successful hatch.  So the KIWA Trail has been closed again until further
notice.
