[Tweeters] My first post. Which scope should I purchase?

I don't want anything super heavy due to my arthritis.

A splurge retirement present for myself.

I do have a bad neck that may be fused someday.

Could purchased used - but new is alright, too.

And, where should I purchase? I reside in Oly area but surely willing to
drive north.
