[Tweeters] Short Eared Owls - Bayview-Edison Road

The only SEO I observed recently was on 12/23/21 at Crockett Lake (Whidbey
Island) around 3:30 pm. It was mixing it up with a male northern harrier
over a vole. It appeared that harrier was the winner. Have not seen the
SEO since this observation. Last year this area was a great place to
observe and photograph these owls—looks bleak this season.
