[Tweeters] Injured Western Grebe at Golden Gardens

There is an injured Western Grebe at Golden Gardens at the North end of the
beach in the water about 20 to 40 feet out. It appears to be wrapped in
some type of fishing net. PAWS says they can take care of it but they need
it to be brought in. I was unable to retrieve the bird myself.
