[Tweeters] Mandarin Duck - Please Go Away

I have not put it on my checklists for that reason, although it is kind of
nice to record everything you see, escaped or otherwise. Thinking of
keeping an off eBird list for that purpose.

My question is though, how do I sign up for alerts about a specific
species? I have been unable to figure this out.
