[Tweeters] Looking for Red Phalarope info

It looks like there are a lot of actual Red-necked Phalaropes around these days. Maybe more than to be expected at this time of the year.

If you have a picture of a Red Phalarope from the Pacific Northwest from no earlier than Oct 15 showing an entirely streaked back with NO GRAY peeking through, could you please send me a link to it. Thanks!
