[Tweeters] American Avocet - Nisqually

Found the avocet at 3:10pm at the exact same location as reported. Watched
it feeding on the mud flats below the dike for 15 minutes before it took
off to the north at 3:25pm. Not sure if it's still in the area further out
on the flats or gone for good.
