[Tweeters] Dark-eyed Junco with white wing bars

White-winged Junco would be extraordinary-- and could really only be
confirmed with a look at the tail pattern, as it has more white than other
junco forms. Given that the pattern of white on this bird is wrong for
White-winged Junco, I suspect it's an aberrant Slate-colored Junco.
