Just a quick note to let you know there is a Black Phoebe on Marsh Island, Washington Park Arboretum, Seattle, this morning.  I found it at 8:40 on the dock on the southeast part of the island, and it foraged from there to the middle of the south shore.  When I checked back at 10, it was still  on the southeast shore actively foraging.  I think this is my first Seattle Black Phoebe.
