[Tweeters] Burrowing owl deceased?

While in Queen Anne, Seattle this morning to see if the long-eared owl was
present (it was not at around 10:30), another birder informed me that the
burrowing owl at the Cedar River mouth in Renton was found deceased and it
was believed to have been from rodent poison. Can anyone confirm this?
