[Tweeters] Marymoor Great Blue Heron

My son and I noticed a deceased adult Great Blue Heron in the rookery at
Marymoor yesterday. It is hanging from a nest, its foot tangled with what
may be kite string. Quite high up. Can anything be done to remove it?
Circle of life and all that, but the string makes it less of a natural
process into which one ought not interfere. I have a hard time imagining
what could be done, however.
