Now that you mention it, I hadn't seen our local Band-tailed Pigeons for a few months. I didn't realize that they are somewhat migratory in Western Washington. Birdweb shows them as uncommon in the Puget Trough in winter. We have a nice flock of 10-15 which certainly breed here in Seahurst, WA, south of Seattle.
