[Tweeters] American Golden-Plover at Everett STP

Found in marsh east of sewage pond about half way down fence line (before
turn in fence) with two SPSA. Marsh lower than I’ve ever seen before,
essentially drained. Golden-Plover in breeding plumage. Dark brown/black
under all the way to tail. Golden speckling on back. White band from
forehead to chest. Good scope views for a few minutes then it flew west
over sewage pond. It was not there on my return trip.
