There are a few other issues with the apartment, Kim. 

There has been less hot water in recent weeks. Showers have been luke warm. 

Also, the hot water pressure at the kitchen is down. There isn't enough pressure to keep the sprayer in place. 

And last, there is a missing piece of wood in the concrete in front of my apartment. A couple of times, I have twisted my foot. Nothing serious, but if someone hit this thing just right, it could hurt somebody.

My toilet will not flush properly. It did not overflow and the water eventually drains, but very slowly. It will not flush.
