[Tweeters] King co. White-faced Ibis relocated

At 7:45am I refound the White-faced Ibis at Emerald Downs, in the wetlands
inside the race track. From the Arco gas station at A St & 15th in Auburn,
walk west along the sidewalk on the N side of the road and scope from the
overpass.
