[Tweeters] Salmonella in cold weather

I had taken down my feeders a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm wondering about the effect of below-freezing temperatures on the risk/spread of salmonella. It would be nice if it were safe to put the feeders back up during this cold and snowy spell.
