[Tweeters] Bellingham area Western Bluebirds

Today I happily found the young Western Bluebirds on Y Road just outside of
Bellingham that others reported on eBird over the last week.  I noted the
habitat in the area which was a mix of farm fields and regenerating forest
which is good bluebird habitat in Western Washington.  I wonder if these
birds are from a nearby nest.  Does anyone know of bluebird boxes being put
up in the area and successful bluebird breeding in Whatcom County in
general?
