[Tweeters] Bewick's Wren behavior

On our noon walk in West Seattle today we noticed two Bewick's Wrens
calling to one another. They would call and bounce (or shake) on a branch,
call and bounce, while moving closer together to end up in the same tree.
Is it possible that this is courting behavior and will yield another brood
or is this an early look at the autumnal recrudescence of the amatory
urge? I checked daylength stats and today's 14 hours of daylight matches
early May daylength.

Any insight/guesses?
